Drake is a Friesian/Percheron out of Zorro Friesian (Sire) and ReAnna Percheron (Dam). Zorro is a champion dressage Stallion. He produces beautiful, talented foals. ReAnna is a rescue mare from a breeding mill. She is now a children's lesson horse. Drake has great traits from both parents. He is large, athletic, and beautiful. I want to breed to him produce more Friesian Sport horses. Friesian Sporthorses are beautiful horses that cost a lot less than purebred Friesians. There are only about 8000 Friesians in North America. Compared to other horses, that's not a lot. There are over 5 million Quarter horses, over 360,000 Paint horses, and about 670,000 Appaloosa horses. These types of horses, along with the hotter breeds like Arabians and Saddlebreds are over bred and are ending up in horse rescue groups. With Drake, you get the Friesian look and temperament, with the size and temperament of a Percheron. We only do live breeding in hand. We can tie the mare if more comfortable. The fee is $200. May do package deal if you bring multiple mares. Mares must be in heat at time of breeding, we don't have room to board the mares at our farm.
